Evgeny Gurchenko Is Listed in International Acritas Stars Best Lawyers Ranking

On 7 December 2017, the results of the Pravo.ru-300 law firms’ ranking for 2017 were revealed at a gala ceremony in Moscow. The ranking is based on a large-scale analysis of the Russian legal services market overseen by an expert council made up of legal department heads from major companies.

EPAM Tops Pravo.ru 300 List
On 6 December 2016, an annual awards ceremony took place in Moscow, during which Pravo.ru 300, announced the results of its comprehensive survey of the Russian market for legal consultants. The study identified the top-50 market leaders in terms of revenue, number of associates, and revenue per associate, as well as the market leaders in 17 areas of law both at the federal and regional levels.

EPAM Is the National Leader of Best Lawyers 2017
On June 20, 2017 Russia’s leading business publication Kommersant published the results of the annual international ranking Best Lawyers 2017. According to the guide, EPAM is the leader among Russian law firms by the number of lawyers recommended for various practice areas. EPAM also became the only Russian law firm among the top-10 law firms by the number of lawyers recommended. Ilya Nikiforov, the Firm’s managing partner, has been recommended more than any other lawyer: 13 times for various areas of his expertise. In addition, the member of the Partners' Committee Dimitry Afanasiev gained personal recommendations in 6 categories, including litigation, antitrust and corporate law, international arbitration, investment, mergers and acquisitions.

The study includes several categories: the overall ranking of the 50 top players of the market, industry ratings based on the areas of specialization as well as reputational rankings or the audience choice ratings, in which market participants assess each other as a whole and in the various areas of law.
