Nikita Gurin presents at My Legislative Initiative, a Russian youth forum
On May 26-28, 2010 a Russian youth forum called My Legislative Initiative took place under the aegis of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and a Russia wide non-profit organisation– Integration, National System of Developing Science, Arts and Innovations by Russian Youths. The forum was attended by Nikita Gurin, a lawyer at EPAM.

13-17 April 2010 – The biennial Spring Meeting of the ABA Section of International Law opened on Tuesday in New York City. Among the world’s leading lawyers invited to speak at the ABA largest seasonal meeting ever was Dimitry Afanasiev, Chairman of EPAM. The Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation and The Bank of New York Mellon, advised by EPAM, today announced the settlement of the litigation filed by the Customs Service against The Bank in the Moscow City Arbitration Court seeking $ 22.5 bn. in damages.
