News from the Litigation Department
Following the suit brought by EPA&P in the interests of the Russian Federation, the isotopes were retained earlier by order of the Federal Court of the U.S.A. after they had been seized by U.S. Customs authorities at the request of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation.
