EPAM Law advised Agrostroy LLC on the sale of a land plot in New Moscow

EPAM Law advised Agrostroy LLC, a real estate developer, on the sale of a land plot of more than 45 hectares in New Moscow to one of Russia’s major developers.

The firm’s lawyers provided comprehensive legal support for the complex multi-party transaction, including assistance with negotiations and the preparation of transaction documents.

The project was handled by a cross-practice team from the firm’s Real Estate and Construction, M&A, and Corporate Law practices, led by Ekaterina Verle, Partner and Head of the Real Estate Practice.
