Ksenia advises and represents clients in matters before both arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction at all levels of instance. She handles a wide range of commercial disputes, disputes with government authorities, defamation cases, and bankruptcy matters.

Notable projects include:

• Representing a client in a dispute involving a lawsuit filed by the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation regarding violations of foreign investment laws in strategic enterprises.
• Representing a large pharmaceutical company in defamation cases.
• Representing an oil and gas company in a dispute over the recovery of debts under a supply contract amounting to over 200 million roubles.
• Representing a client in a dispute concerning the determination of the amount of an insurance payout due to losses resulting from a business interruption.
• Participating in a landmark case concerning the recognition and enforcement of a decision by a foreign arbitration institution.

In 2022, she graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law at Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 2024, she completed her master’s degree at the Russian School of Private Law.

She is fluent in English.
