Evgeny works on projects in the fields of civil and corporate law, bankruptcy, and disputes related to the securities market, which are heard in Russian courts, including the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

Evgeny has been involved in the following projects:

• Defending the interests of a major bank in a dispute over the recovery of losses caused by the blocking of assets.
• Representing the interests of a foreign airline in disputes with government authorities in the Russian Federation.
• Representing the interests of one of the largest foreign companies in a bankruptcy case.
• Representing the issuer in a group dispute regarding the invalidation of novation of obligations arising from bonds.
• Representing the interests of a foreign company in a dispute over the recovery of more than 570 million roubles in losses caused by the breach of contractual obligations.
• Advising a major developer on risk analysis related to the acquisition of a property complex valued at approximately 62 billion roubles, as well as analysing the risks of the client’s participation in auctions for purchasing an agricultural property complex worth around 2.5 billion roubles.

Evgeny completed his Bachelor's degree at Moscow State Law University (2022), obtained a Master’s degree from the Russian School of Private Law (2024), and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University.

He is fluent in English.
