Elizaveta advises and represents clients in complex, multi-faceted disputes in the fields of civil and corporate law, insolvency, administrative litigation, and securities disputes before Russian courts at all levels.

She participates in matters that contribute to the development of judicial practice and has experience working on landmark and precedent-setting cases in the market.

Notable matters involving Elizaveta include:

• Representing an issuer in a class action dispute concerning the invalidation of bond novations.
• Successfully defending a major bank in a dispute concerning the recovery of losses caused by the freezing of assets.
• Representing a foreign airline in disputes with state authorities of the Russian Federation.
• Representing the Russian subsidiary of a foreign bank in a dispute concerning the recovery of losses arising from the blocking of a funds transfer.
• Representing a foreign company in a claim for the recovery of more than RUB 570 million in damages caused by a breach of contractual obligations.
• Advising a major property developer on risk analysis in connection with the acquisition of a property complex valued at approximately RUB 62 billion.
• Representing a client in a dispute with a state authority concerning the repayment of a subsidy granted for the implementation of production innovations.

Prior to joining EPAM, Elizaveta worked at Russian law firms.

Elizaveta graduated with honours with a Bachelor’s degree (2021) and obtained a Master’s degree (2023) in Private Law from Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL).

She is fluent in English.
