Anastasia specialises in the resolution of international disputes, particularly in commercial and investment arbitration. She also provides consultancy and supports cases involving cross-border disputes with Russian entities in foreign and international courts and institutions.

Her experience includes:

• Representing a Russian company in a debt recovery dispute under a supply contract in ICC arbitration.
• Challenging the jurisdiction of the arbitral tribunal and defending against interim measures in an arbitration based in The Hague, representing the Russian party.
• Participating in the representation of a party in SIAC arbitration in Singapore concerning a claim for damages under English law.
• Advising on an international arbitration dispute for a Russian party against a foreign state under a bilateral investment protection and capital investment agreement.
• Assisting with the recognition and enforcement of foreign court judgments in international jurisdictions.

Anastasia holds a Bachelor’s degree from St. Petersburg State University (SPbU) and an LL.M. in International Arbitration and International Dispute Resolution from the National University of Singapore (NUS).

She serves as a coach for the SPbU Law Faculty team in the FDI Moot competition in international investment arbitration and has previously mentored the Vis Moot competition in international commercial arbitration.

She is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association.
