The International Fraud & Litigation Conference organized by Lexis Nexis is taking place in London this week. Ilya Nikiforov, Managing Partner at EPAM St Petersburg Law Offices, today presented a report entitled Made in the Ex-USSR: Unwinding Eastern Block Scams and Schemes. He talked about contemporary protection methods against fraud during company liquidation, as well as recent amendments in the Russian law relating to bankruptcy and insolvency issues.
