Yulia Bobrova to Speak at Joint Meeting of CEC Committees on Judicial Practice under Counter-Sanctions Regulation
On 15 October 2026, the Centre for Eurasian Cooperation (CEC) will hold a joint meeting of its Legal Affairs Committee, Customs and Transport Committee, and Tax and Finance Committee.
Yulia Bobrova, Counsel in EPAM Law’s Litigation and Arbitration Practice, will speak at the event on judicial practice under counter-sanctions regulation, including matters relating to the public interest and private-law risks.
The participants will also discuss the tax implications of the recharacterisation of cross-border transactions.
