Tatiana Boyko to Speak at Pravo.ru Corporate Law Conference
On 15 October 2026, Pravo.ru will host the conference “Corporate Law 2026: Protecting Assets, Decisions and Businesses”.
Tatiana Boyko, Counsel in the M&A and Corporate Law Practice at EPAM Law, will speak at the session “The Age of Collaboration: How to Manage a Joint Venture Today”, which will take place from 12:00 to 13:30.
Her presentation will focus on new opportunities and unresolved issues relating to pre-emptive rights.
Conference participants will also discuss:
- The M&A market in 2026 and the outlook for 2027;
- Risks and opportunities associated with investment and venture capital transactions;
- Partnerships with the state as a means of attracting financing and scaling projects;
