On 8 April 2024, PRObankrotstvo published individual ratings of lawyers specialising in bankruptcy proceedings and stand-alone dispute resolution, as well as ratings of experts dealing with criminal defence in bankruptcies. As many as nine EPAM experts were included on the final list of top lawyers supporting clients in bankruptcy projects.
Band 1 (Bankruptcy):
- Denis Arkhipov, Managing Partner of the Moscow office
- Ivan Smirnov, Managing Partner of the St. Petersburg office
- Valery Eremenko, Partner and Co-Head of Litigation Practice
- Vera Rikhterman, Litigation Partner
Band 1 (Criminal Defence in Bankruptcy Proceedings):
- Victoria Burkovskaya, Partner, Head of White Collar Crime Practice
Band 2 (Bankruptcy):
- Julia Bobrova, Counsel, Litigation Practice
- Denis Golubev, Counsel, Litigation Practice
- Evgeny Gurchenko, Counsel, Head of Litigation and Arbitration Practice in the St. Petersburg office
Rising Star (Bankruptcy):
- Alexandra Mednikova, Senior Associate in Litigation Practice.
The ratings are based on the results of the large-scale law firms’ survey “The PRObankrotstvo Leaders” published in the end of 2023.
The criteria for the PRObankrotstvo ratings included the lawyer’s project experience, the complexity and value of the projects, the clients’ significance, awards already received by a lawyer dealing with bankruptcies, participation in the legislative process and experience with bankruptcy cases.
