On 18 October 2024, as part of the VII All-Russian Forum on Alternative Dispute Resolution, a ceremonial presentation was held for the third edition of the textbook International Commercial Arbitration. The book, dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the birth of the distinguished legal scholar, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor V.A. Musin, was published by the editorial team of the journal Arbitration Court with the support of EPAM Law. Among its authors are Ilya Nikiforov, Managing Partner, and Evgeny Raschevsky, Partner and Head of the International Arbitration and Litigation Practice at EPAM Law.
More than 40 researchers and practising specialists contributed to the preparation of the textbook. It covers both the general principles of international commercial arbitration and the intricacies of its institutions and concepts, national and foreign regulatory sources, as well as procedural specifics and opportunities for participants.
As noted by the editors of the publication, International Commercial Arbitration serves not only as a textbook for students and postgraduate researchers but also as a practical guide for lawyers representing the interests of various parties.
