Pavel Sadovsky, Partner and Head of the IP/TMT Practice at EPAM Law, has been appointed Co-Chairman of the Intellectual Property Commission of the Russian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce – World Business Organisation (ICC Russia).
In his new role, Pavel will oversee the efficient operation of the Commission, which involves monitoring key trends and developments in intellectual property law, developing positions for proposed legal reforms, organising events on relevant topics, and facilitating communication among the various committees within ICC Russia.
With over 15 years of experience in intellectual property protection and personal data regulation, Pavel is a long-standing member of the ICC Russia Intellectual Property Commission. He has also served as its Deputy Chairman for several consecutive years.
