Ekaterina Verle Joins EPAM Real Estate and Construction Practice Team

On June 7, 2022, Ekaterina Verle, Counsel was appointed as the Co-Head of the Real Estate and Construction Practice at EPAM.

Ekaterina is experienced in advising on various issues in real estate and construction. She specializes in providing a “turnkey” legal support to investment projects related to construction, acquisition and operation of commercial and industrial facilities, urban planning regulation, land-plots’ issues and industrial and environmental safety.

Ekaterina has extensive experience on matters concerning construction and operation of engineering networks, connection of capital facilities to engineering infrastructure and resources supply issues.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ekaterina acted as a Counsel in the real estate practice of the international law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner Russia.

For almost 10 years, Ekaterina has been ranked and recommended among the best real estate lawyers in Russia by Best Lawyers and Legal 500 directories. Ekaterina was also nominated for the title of Outstanding Construction Lawyer by The Guide to Leading BRIC Practitioners and was included in real estate category of The Expert Guides to the World’s Leading Lawyers Rating published by the international edition of Euromoney Legal Media Group.
