Ekaterina Verle, Counsel and Co-Head of Real Estate and Construction Practice at EPAM, has been appointed Co-Chairman of the Real Estate and Construction Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia (AmCham Russia).
Ekaterina Verle has 15 years of experience in providing comprehensive legal advice on a variety of matters including acquisition and operation of commercial real estate, city planning regulation, land relations, industrial and environmental safety, insurance, and construction and operation of utilities. She specialises in turnkey legal support for investment projects for the construction of large industrial facilities in Russia's regions.
AmCham Russia's Real Estate and Construction Committee monitors the development of private equity opportunities in the Russian real estate and construction market.
