EPAM (EPAM) announces the strengthening of its International Arbitration and Litigation Practice, to be joined by Andrew Lomas, an experienced barrister and a member of the leading chambers One Essex Court.
Andrew Lomas brings extensive international arbitration expertise – he has represented and advised clients in a wide range of arbitral claims under a diverse array of rules, including those of the London International Arbitration Court (LCIA), London Association of Maritime Arbitrators (LMAA), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC), International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (ICAC at the RF CCI). He is on the recommended list of arbitrators of the Russian Arbitration Center.
Andrew is also an experienced litigator - he regularly appears in the English High Court and the patent offices of Great Britain and the EU (UKIPO, EUIPO), and has significant appellate experience.
Since 2014, Andrew has practiced as a barrister with One Essex Court (London), one of the leading “Magic Circle” sets.
Andrew completed his GDL and BPTC at City University London, has a doctorate from Oxford University and a bachelor's degree from Durham University.
