EPAM’ attorneys provided legal assistance to HTS tentiQ GmbH, an international manufacturer of event marquees, tents & temporary structures worldwide, on contractual and currency control issues.
The advise included preparation of contractual documents to meet Russian currency control regulations and protect Client’s interests in relationships with its counterparty. The team successfully negotiated with the counterparty an agreement an agreement on the terms of debt discharge to the benefit of the Client. As a result, the currency control department of the counterparty’s bank released the payments, and the counterparty started to pay off the outstanding amounts.
