Ekaterina Roletr (Moscow) specialises in advising on tax and business laws. She provides legal counsel to both Russian and international companies on a wide range of tax matters, including international tax law and on business operations of large manufacturers, as well as advising businesses on addressing tax risks. More specifically, Ekaterina was engaged in drafting amendments to the relevant Russian tax laws in order to comply with FIFA regulations whilst hosting the 2018 World Cup. Anton Berezin (Moscow) advises and represents Russian and international clients in cross-border litigation and arbitration in various jurisdictions. Additionally, he coordinates and handles internal and regulatory compliance investigations at international companies. He has been admitted to the New York and the New Jersey State Bar Associations. Anton is one of the few foreign attorneys registered with the Russian Ministry of Justice and practicing law in the Russian Federation. He has been recommended by Best Lawyers.
Sergey Korolyov (St. Petersburg) specialises in arbitration. His competencies cover corporate disputes, bankruptcy, contractual disputes, investment disputes, recognition and reinforcement of international arbitral awards and foreign state court decisions, challenging of arbitral awards and disputes governed by foreign laws. Andrey Tuzov (St. Petersburg) specializes in fraud, embezzlement and misappropriation, and abuse of power in the private and public sectors, as well as in crimes against government services and state and municipal authorities.
