EPAM Attorneys Provided Legal Assistance to AIK Banka, Gorenjska Banka and Agri Europe Cyprus in acquisition of shares of financial institutions in Central and Eastern Europe
EPAM’ attorneys provided legal assistance to European banks – AIK Banka, Gorenjska Banka and Agri Europe Cyprus – on Russian aspects of Central and Eastern European financial institutions’ shares’ acquisition. The overall value of the transaction totaling EUR 7.3 bn.
The legal work included advising on the issues related to collateral provided by the counterparty to secure their obligations, as well as on the drafts brand license agreements.
Completion of the deal is expected in 2022.
