The Firm’s lawyers speak at the conference entitled “Securitisation of Mortgage and Non-Mortgage Assets. The Russia Market Prospects”
On March 14, 2014, Moscow hosted the 2nd All-Russian Conference entitled “Securitisation of Mortgage and Non-Mortgage Assets. The Russian Market Prospects”. Dmitriy Glazounov, Partner and Head of Banking& Finance, Capital Markets at EPAM, and Oleg Ushakov, Senior Associate at the Firm, presented their reports at the conference.
Dmitriy Glazounov was the mediator at the workshop entitled “Securitisation of Mortgage Assets: Practical Issues and Infrastructure, Tax and Legal Aspects”, as well as a workshop on the 2014 Securitisation Market, and presented a report entitled “Review of the Legal Environment Affecting Russia’s Securitisation Market”.
Oleg Ushakov talked about the “Developments in the Non-Mortgage Securitisation Legislation” at a workshop on the Guidelines on Securitisation of Non-Mortgage Assets.
