Vsevolod Baibak to speak at seminar on contract law
On 23–27 June 2014, a seminar entitled ‘Contract Law: Current Issues of Reform to the Russian Civil Code, Judicial Practice, and Contract Practice’, organized by the M-LOGOS Legal Institute, will take place in St. Petersburg. Vsevolod Baibak, Counsel at EPAM, will give one of the lectures at the event.
Audience members will have the chance to rapidly and significantly improve their expertise in the subject, hear lectures from leading Russian legal experts (including judges, academics, and lawyers) and those working on the Russian Civil Code Reform Project, and have their most pressing questions regarding contract law answered.
