Vladislav Arkhipov spoke at conference ‘The acquisition, storage, and use of information in the digital environment: legal regulation in the public and private sectors’
On 11–12 April 2013, an international conference entitled ‘The acquisition, storage, and use of information in the digital environment: legal regulation in the public and private sectors’ was held at the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library in St. Petersburg.
Participants in the event included civil service managers and employees, academics, and specialists, as well as representatives from libraries and other organizations providing public access to information.
During the conference Vladislav Arkhipov, Associate at EPAM, presented a report on ‘The legal risks of using social networks for research and education’.
