Vladimir Talanov to Speak at RAA25 Online Discussion on Key Features of Arbitration in India
On 2 September 2024, RAA25, the youth branch of the Russian Arbitration Association, will hold an online event titled «Arbitration in India: Key Features and Practical Aspects». The session is part of a series dedicated to the specific features of arbitration in various jurisdictions.
Vladimir Talanov, Partner at EPAM Law, will participate as a speaker.
Participants will discuss India as a seat of arbitration, as well as the approach of Indian courts to enforcement of arbitral awards and interim measures.
