Valery Eremenko to present a report at a conference on top-management anti-corruption liability

A conference entitled “Top-Management Anti-Corruption Liability: Business vs Corruption” will be held by RBC on October 30, 2013 in Moscow. Valery Eremenko, Partner at EPAM, is to attend the event.

At the conference the attendees will learn to identify the first signs of raiders being interested in a firm; find out 10 legal ways to prevent hostile takeovers; get advice from experts related to ways of reacting to various corruption schemes and how to survive an illegal takeover; and have experts explain the main anticorruption legislation and its new amendments.
