Sergey Kovalev spoke at a seminar on claim review arrangements in fuel and energy companies
A seminar entitled “Complicated Issues of Litigations and Claim Review at Subsidiaries” was held by the Moscow Institute of Modern Business (MISB) for representatives of the largest companies operating in the fuel and energy sector in Moscow on October 8-10, 2013. Sergey Kovalev, Head of the Litigation Practice at EPAM, spoke at the Seminar.

- Procedural aspects of dispute resolution by arbitrazh courts in 2013.
- Company protection at supervision and checks by the state supervisory agencies
Sergey Kovalev spoke on the aspects of delayed proceedings, as well as concurrent proceedings and the experience of litigation in several jurisdictions at a time, paying particular attention to the legal remedies available in the Russian courts.
