Robin Wittering to attend the 5th IBA ‘Mergers and Acquisitions in Russia and CIS’ Conference
The 5th International Bar Association ‘Mergers and Acquisitions in Russia and CIS’ Conference will be held in Moscow on October 31, 2013 by the IBA’s Corporate and M&A Law Committee supported by the IBA European Regional Forum. EPA&P Partner Robin Wittering is to moderate at a workshop at the conference.
The workshop entitled “Main Issues Arising In Connection With M&A Transactions in Russia and CIS, Part 1” lawyers will discuss tax and legal issues (standards for tax audits of M&A transactions), as well as the antitrust law issues.
The workshop’s goal is to provide an overview of new trends as exemplified by recent transactions and to discuss the main legal, tax and antitrust issues and aspects of M&A transactions in Russia and the CIS.
