Associates at EPAM to Speak at V International IP Forum
On 17-18 February 2017 Kutafin Moscow State Law University will hold V International IP Forum. Pavel Sadovsky, Counsel, Head of Intellectual Property/TMT Practice at EPAM will speak at the event on the topic Effective Protection of Trademark Rights: Recent Practice.
Maria Moish, Associate with Intellectual Property / TMT Practice in St. Petersburg will present the report “On web-pages blockage on the Internet” at the discussion platform “Legal Issues of Intellectual Property Protection on the Internet. Domain Disputes.” Maria will talk about the issue of application developers being recognized as parties interested in challenging the state authorities decisions on web-pages blockage.
