Nataliya Kaliuta took part in a roundtable discussion within the framework of the project “Lawyer’s experience for a legislator”
On April 22, 2014, a roundtable meeting regarding “Performance of a director’s functions by an entrepreneur-manager: the replacement of labour relationships, tax optimization or tax evasion?” was held by the “Lawyer” magazine within the framework of the project “Lawyer’s experience for a legislator”. The event was organised jointly with the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus.
Nataliya Kaliuta, Senior Associate, Head of Employment Law Practice of EPAM in Minsk, took part in discussing the issues raised.
Among those who took part in the roundtable meetings were representatives of state authorities who are interested in and responsible for project development of statutory acts in business sector, law experts, representatives of law firms, bar associations and economic entities as well as representatives of legal science.
