Natalia Checheneva to Lecture at SPbU’s Training Programme for Heads of Foreign Economic Activity Department

From 24 December 2025 to 12 January 2026, the Faculty of Law of St. Petersburg State University will run a professional retraining programme for heads of foreign economic activity department of Russian and international companies titled “Legal Regulation of Foreign Economic Activity”. Natalia Checheneva, Senior Associate in the International Trade & Customs Practice at EPAM Law, will serve as a lecturer for the programme.

The programme will also cover the following topics:

  • Foundations of state-legal regulation of foreign economic activity 
  • Dispute resolution in the sphere of foreign economic activity 
  • Features of dispute consideration in international commercial arbitration 
  • Customs regulation in foreign economic activity 
  • Tariff benefits and preferences in customs matters 
  • Restrictions and prohibitions within the EAEU framework 
  • Currency regulation and control in foreign economic activity 
  • Legal regulation of foreign economic transactions
