Maria Kobanenko Will Lecture a CEA Course on Antitrust Regulation
22nd of April 2022, the Competition Experts Association (CEA) is launching a new online course as part of its «Aсademy» Project: «Actual issues of the antitrust regulation and practice in the field of legal positions on Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation dated March 4, 2021, №2». Maria Kobanenko, a partner of EPAM Competition Law Practice, is among the course lecturers.
In 16 academic hours, leading antitrust experts, as well as representatives of the FAS Russia and the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation will tell you about legal positions of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on many issues of the application of the antitrust legislation by courts.
