Irina Kosovskaya to Speak at the Meeting of the CES Intellectual Property Committee
On 24 September 2026, a meeting of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Eurasian Cooperation Centre (CES) will take place on the topic “Protection of Rights Online: Domains, Marketplaces and Websites”.
Irina Kosovskaya, Partner in the Intellectual Property/TMT Practice at EPAM Law, will participate in the event as a speaker and will deliver a presentation entitled “The Practice of Protecting Exclusive Rights Online: Case Studies of Selected Well-Known Brands”.
Irina will also discuss the protection of assets subject to dual protection, brand protection strategies and approaches to determining the amount of compensation to be recovered, using examples of well-known Russian and international brands.
