Inna Elisanova Participates in Russian Ministry of Finance Meeting on Inclusion of Dividends in Customs Value of Goods
On 7 February 2025, an expert meeting was held at the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to discuss the inclusion of dividends in the customs value of goods. Inna Elisanova, Counsel at EPAM Law, took part in the event.
The meeting aimed to develop a unified approach to determining whether dividends should be included in the customs value of goods and to assess the need for official clarification from the Ministry of Finance on the issue.
The discussion was held with the participation of the Association of European Businesses (AEB) and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP).
