Ilya Nikiforov to speak at the IBA’s 7th Balkan Legal Forum 2012 <em>South Eastern Europe. Challenges for Business Lawyers</em>

The Balkan Legal Forum on Challenges for Business Lawyers in South Eastern Europe will be held on November 1-2, 2012 in Istanbul, Turkey. Ilya Nikiforov will take the floor at the Forum.

The conference is presented by the IBA European Regional Forum and the Legal Development Foundation, supported by the IBA Law Firm Management Committee. The Forum has been held since 2000 in order to foster collaboration between legal professionals from South Eastern Europe and beyond, and for strengthening the rule of law. The past six Balkan Legal Forums have been a great success, as each has gathered participants from an average of 34 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas. Today the Balkan Legal Forum is one of the leading legal events in South Eastern Europe.

On the first day of the Forum, the Managing Partner of EPAM (St. Petersburg) will give a presentation at the session “Investment Treaties – An effective way to protect an investment.”
