The International Bar Association (IBA) will host its fifth Mergers and Acquisitions in the Technology Sector Conference on March 17-18, 2022 in Barcelona. Ilona Zekely, Partner leading European Desk at EPAM, will speak at the meeting.

Ilona will be moderating the session on the topic of “Differences between Venture Capitals and Strategic Partners – What They Look for in a Deal.”
