Evgeny Raschevsky will speak at the Russian Law Week 2012 in London

The event organised in partnership with the Bar Council, the Federal Chamber of Advocates, the Moscow City Bar Association, the British-Russian Law Association and the Anglo-Russian Law Association will take place on November 5 – 7, 2012 in London. It brings together Russian and UK lawyers to promote legal links and business between the two countries.

Among the participants of the programme - senior representation from the Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation and the Secretary of State for Justice, Chris Grayling.

Among the programme outlines:

  • Proposals for changes to the Russian Civil Code
  • Corporate governance and share holder rights under Russian law
  • Russian judicial practice - current trends
  • Investment climate in Russia
  • Russia's Membership in the WTO: An Additional Venue for Investment Disputes?
