On 14 October 2025, the scientific and practical conference “Current Issues of Corporate Law: Theory and Practice” was held, organised by the Faculty of Law at Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Evgeny Raschevsky, Partner and Head of the International Arbitration and Litigation Practice at EPAM Law, participated as a discussant in the panel dedicated to corporate disputes.
