EPAM to sponsor Fifth Annual Conference on the Resolution of CIS-Related Business Disputes

On 27 September 2013, Moscow will host the American Bar Association (ABA) Fifth Annual Conference on the Resolution of CIS-Related Business Disputes. As usual, EPAM is the conference’s strategic partner. Ilya Nikiforov, Managing Partner of the Firm’s St. Petersburg Law Office, will speak at the event.

The conference, organized by the ABA Section of International Law, will for the fifth time welcome leading specialists in international arbitration and legal dispute from all over the world. The interesting and informative programme, which takes account of recent events and trends, is an excellent opportunity to meet old friends and forge new partnerships. It is an event not to be missed for legal professionals. The discussions will take place in three parallel sessions, concluding with a moot court session:

Dispute resolution experts and world-class specialists have been invited to take part. Speakers at the conference will include representatives of Russian judicial bodies, arbiters from international arbitration courts, and consultants from major Russian and international legal firms.

Managing Partner of St. Petersburg Law Office of EPAM Ilya Nikiforov will co-chair the conference and act as moderator for the session entitled ‘Antitrust Law Chart for Private Claims’.
