EPAM to Hold a workshop entitled “Structuring of М&A as of Asset Transactions” at C5’s conference entitled “M&A”
On June 27, 2013 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., EPAM associates will hold a workshop entitled “Structuring of М&A as of Asset Transactions” at Moscow’s Hilton Leningradskaya Hotel. The workshop will be held as part of the British C5’s conference entitled "M&A".
C5’s second annual conference entitled "M&A" will bring together representatives from the corporate sector, law firms, as well as domestic and international investors to address the issues arising out of identification, due diligence and structuring of transactions, as well as to share their practical experience.
Arkady Krasnikhin, Partner at EPAM Law (EPA&P), is to make a report entitled “Advantages, Disadvantages and the Sphere of Application of Asset Transactions”, he will also address the issues related to structuring of transactions to sell a business as a group of assets, in form of a case study.
Mark Rovinskiy, Deputy Head of EPA&P’s Tax Practice is to present a report entitled “Special Features of Asset Transactions: Tax Aspects.”
Ilya Tur, Head of the Firm’s Litigation Practice in St. Petersburg, will address the issues related to sales of encumbered assets, as well as asset sales during bankruptcy proceedings.
