Elena Novikova to Speak at the Pravo-300 Forum

On 17 November 2026, the Pravo-300 Forum, organised by the legal information portal Pravo.ru, will take place in Moscow.

Elena Novikova, Counsel in EPAM Law’s White-Collar Crime Practice, will speak during the session ‘Legal Risk Workshop: How Can You Spot Threats to Your Business Before They Become Problems?’ (14:50–16:20).

Her presentation will be entitled ‘Criminal Liability as a Persistent Threat: Building a Framework for Assessing Criminal Law Risks Across All Business Operations’.

During the session, participants will discuss approaches to identifying and assessing legal risks, including issues relating to management liability, the analysis of potential threats to businesses and the development of risk-prevention systems.
