Elena Agaeva to Speak at the Corporate Governance 2025 Conference
On 21 March 2025, the registrar company Status will host the IV Annual Conference «Corporate Governance 2025». Elena Agaeva, Head of the Personal Data Protection Practice and the St Petersburg M&A and Corporate Law Practice at EPAM Law, will speak at the event.
The conference, focused on legislative changes and business digitalisation, will bring together participants to discuss current legal and tax trends, risk and liability management, and new opportunities for corporate growth.
Elena Agaeva will speak on two discussion panels, where she will address the tightening of liability in the area of personal data, as well as corporate disputes and the legal aspects of approving major transactions.
