Dimitry Afanasiev, Valery Eremenko and Victoria Burkovskaya Will Take Part in the Legal Forum of Russia
On April 14-15, 2016, Moscow is to host the XII annual Legal Forum of Russia. Dimitry Afanasiev, Chairman, Valery Eremenko, Partner, and Victoria Burkovskaya, Partner at EPAM, will speak at the event.
The Legal Forum is a platform that brings together the legal community and business executives, corporate counsel, external advisers, the judiciary to discuss topical legislative issues in order to develop business in Russia’s real economy.
The main issues for discussion: legal problems of deoffshorisation in the Russian economy, changes in civil code, corporate legislation.
Dimitry Afanasiev is to moderate the strategic session “Balance of Demand and Supply on the Legal Services Market in the Context of Russian Economy Development.”
Valery Eremenko will take part in the discussion "Reform of the Higher Courts. The First Results "and will consider the topic of the latest trends and challenges in disputes of business with state authorities.
Victoria Burkovskaya will also speak at the event.
