The international IPO Summit, Warsaw 2013 conference organized by the Ministry of Treasury of the Republic of Poland, Warsaw Stock Exchange and Capital Securities Depository of Poland will take place inWarsawon June 6 – 7, 2013. Dennis Turovets, Managing Partner of EPA&P Minsk Office, and Partner Anna Rusetskaya will attend the conference.
IPO Summit, Warsaw 2013 is the forum for issuers and investors from all over the world, wishing to discuss the future of global capital markets. The programme of the Conference has been prepared to present companies already listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and those preparing for their debut. Future issuers will additionally gain some practical advice on how to prepare for and successfully manage the IPO process, and then operate in the public market. The Conference will also be the right place for international investors for whom expert debates and one-on-one meetings with board members of the major companies listed on the WSE have been prepared. During the panel discussions participants will discuss investment needs and diverse opportunities offered by stock exchanges as a response to the world’s economic challenges, perspectives for the global IPO market in the very near future, and other issues of the pan-regional capital markets.
