Denis Gavrilov and Maria Kobanenko Spoke at the "Key Topics-2020" Forum on Actual Issues of Legislation in the Field of Public Procurement
On December 14-18, 2020, the legal practical forum "Key Topics — 2020" was held. Denis Gavrilov and Maria Kobanenko, Counsels of the Competition Law practice of EPAM, were the featured speakers of the event.
On December 18, 2020, during the session "Topical issues of the application of legislation in the field of public procurement and procurement of certain types of legal entities in 2020", Denis Gavrilov highlighted the trends of suppressing anti-competitive agreements while Maria Kobanenko spoke about the effects on the market which were caused by the measures taken by the state during the pandemic under laws 44-FZ and 223-FZ and about the changes expected in the field of public procurement in 2021.
