The Firm is to hold the third business breakfast on legal regulation of urban development and land relations in Moscow
EPAM invites you to attend a series of events on the topical aspects of legal regulation of urban development and land use in Moscow.
The third meeting will be held on April 1, 2014 (Wednesday), from 10:00 to 12:00 at the Firm’s Moscow Offices. The discussion entitled “Legislative Developments in Protection of Moscow’s Title to Land Plots” will cover:
- the specifics of Moscow’s title to land plots; the new regulations on unauthorised structures in the Moscow legislation;
- land plots accommodating unauthorised structures, the “legalisation” procedure and judicial practice.
