Andrey Porfiriev to speak at the International Investment Forum Sochi-2013

The XII International Investment Forum Sochi-2013 will be held on September 26-29, 2013. Andrey Porfiriev, Partner, Head of Legislation and Public Policy Practice at EPAM, is to attend the forum.

The Forum is a modern platform for a structured dialogue between the business community and the authorities required for the successful implementation of ambitious investment projects in Russia. The most topical issues of economic development will be touched upon in an open discussion between representatives of the state, entrepreneurial communities and experts.

Andrey Porfiriev is to present a report on “The Institution of Commissioners for Entrepreneurs’ Rights: Practice and Interim Results”. The Firm’s Legislation and Public Policy Team headed by Andrey in cooperation with the Russian Presidential Commissioner for Entrepreneurs’ Rights has been directly involved in the development of Law “On Commissioners for Entrepreneurs’ Rights in the Russian Federation”.
