EPAM Lawyers to Speak at AmCham Legal Seminar in St Petersburg
On 6 February 2025, the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia (AmCham) will hold a meeting of its Investment and Legal Committee in St Petersburg. Lawyers from EPAM Law will take part in the event.
The seminar will be hosted at the EPAM office, located at 22–24 Nevsky Prospekt, 4th floor.
As part of the discussion, EPAM experts and business representatives will address pressing legal issues relevant to the business community.
Diana Kevorkova, Junior Associate in EPAM’s Litigation and Arbitration Practice, will deliver a presentation titled «Subsidiary Liability for Bad-Faith Business Models: Current Practice».
Elena Agaeva, Partner, Head of the Data Protection Practice and of the St Petersburg M&A and Corporate Law Practice, will moderate the seminar in her capacity as Co-Chair of AmCham’s Investment and Legal Committee.
