EPAM Lawyers to Speak at AmCham Investment and Legal Seminar in Saint-Petersburg

On 17 September 2024, the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia (AmCham) will hold a meeting of its Investment and Legal Committee. Lawyers from the Saint-Petersburg office of EPAM LAW will participate as speakers.

During the seminar, participants will discuss the latest legislative changes and other matters of concern to the business community.

Anna Sargsyan, Advocate in the M&A and Corporate Law Practice at EPAM Law3, will give a presentation titled «Supreme Court Practice for the First Half of 2024: Key Corporate and Contract Law Highlights».

Elena Agaeva, Partner at EPAM Law, will moderate the seminar in her capacity as Co-Chair of AmCham’s Investment and Legal Committee.
