EPAM to hold a business breakfast on the new taxation rules for real estate in 2014
On December 19, 2013 EPAM Moscow office will host a business breakfast covering the new taxation rules for real estate in 2014.
The new rules under which the corporate property tax for certain types of real estate items would be based on their cadastral value shall be enforced in January 2014. These amendments have made the property tax and the land tax highly comparable.
