EPAM Will Take Part in Kutafin Readings 2022
On 23-25 November 23-25, 2022 O.E. Kutafin University will hold the joint XXII International Scientific and Practical Conference “Kutafin Readings” and the Law Department of Lomonosov Moscow State University will hold the XXIII International Scientific and Practical Conference as part of the XII Moscow Legal Week. The theme for this year is “Russian State and Law in the Modern World”.
On 24 November, Valeria Teslina, Specialist at the Strategic Communications Department at EPAM, will speak on the topic of “Development of Russian Moot Courts” as part of the discussion “Legal Processes: Pros and Cons. Current Problems and Prospects” (10:00 – 13:00).
On 25 November, Evgeny Raschevsky, Partner, Head of International Arbitration and Litigation Practice at EPAM, will speak on the topic entitled “Third Party Funding of Litigation: Current Issues of Enforcement Practice” at the session entitled “Practice of English Courts in Funding Litigation” (14:00 - 17:00).
Anna Arutyunyan, Counsel at Competition Law Practice at EPAM, will take part in the discussion “Competition Law in the Modern World”.
She will speak on “Challenges of Appealing Antimonopoly Regulators’ Decisions in Court” (10:00-16:00).
